Help shape Wolverhampton's anti-racist and equity-informed safeguarding pledge | Practitioner Survey

As part of the Stronger Together: Race Equity in Safeguarding programme, we are inviting practitioners across Wolverhampton to share their views and experiences through a short practitioner survey. This survey will help inform the development of a Partnership-wide anti-racist and equity-informed safeguarding pledge, setting out practical commitments to strengthen anti-racist practice across all agencies. The pledge is being co-produced with partners to identify what is working well, the challenges practitioners face, and the actions needed to create meaningful and lasting change.

Whether you work in health, education, social care, policing, or the voluntary and community sector, your voice matters. By completing the survey, you will help ensure that the pledge reflects the realities of frontline practice and the experiences of professionals working with children, adults, and families across Wolverhampton.

We encourage all practitioners to take a few minutes to share their thoughts and contribute to building a more equitable safeguarding system for everyone.
