Course aims and objectives:

• To develop a foundational understanding of the concepts behind the potential impact of childhood adversity and trauma across the life course.
• To recognise and understand the potential impact of working with trauma, including concepts such as vicarious trauma.
• To understand what trauma informed practice looks, sounds and feels like.
