 s people nervous - it's the fear of hearing "yes".\nHere’s what you’ll 
 take away :\n\n\nAn understanding about why it's important to talk about su
 icide\n\n\nAn awareness of the true scale and impact of suicide and an unde
 rstanding of the reality behind the statistics and why these matters to eve
 ry person and community\n\n\nPractical tools to breakdown the barriers of f
 ear and stigma\, and silence around suicide\n\n\nSkills to recognise the wa
 rning signs that may indicate someone is having thoughts of suicide and rec
 ognise the hidden signs and subtle messages that too often get missed becau
 se catching these moments early can be the difference between life and deat
 h.\n\n\nAn understanding of the language and the challenges when talking op
 enly about suicide and how to respond if someone says they are struggling\n
