DESCRIPTION:Target audience: Children’s Workforce\nAims and objectives:\n
 Restorative Practice is a strengths-based model in working with children an
 d families\, a relational and solution focused approach which encourages hi
 gh challenge and high support to achieve good outcomes for children.\nResto
 rative Practice means strengthening relationships as well as strengthening 
 social connections within communities. In Wolverhampton\, we are committed 
 to restorative core beliefs and principles\, embedding restorative practice
  as a fundamental part of our work with children and families.\nRestorative
  practices range from formal to informal processes that enable workers\, ma
 nagers\, children\, young people and their families to communicate effectiv
 ely.\nThe processes used\, focus on removing barriers\, and proactively pro
 moting a sense of community\, understanding\, social responsibility and sha
 red accountability.\nThe training takes place over three days at the Civic 
 Centre in Wolverhampton.  Please ensure that you can attend all three days
  before booking.\nCity of Wolverhampton Council employees should use the Le
